1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a vendor on our travel portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the platform operator.
1.2 Vendor Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts. You must hold all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations required to operate your travel business in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to valid Trade License, PAN registration, and any other statutory requirements.
1.3 Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
1.4 Listing Content & Accuracy
All listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and other content you upload must be accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Misleading information, false pricing, or fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension.
1.5 Photo & Media Rights
You confirm that you own or have valid licenses for all images, videos, and media you upload. You will not upload copyrighted material without authorization. The platform reserves the right to remove any content that infringes intellectual property rights.
1.6 Prohibited Activities
Vendors may not engage in: fraud, misrepresentation, spam, malware distribution, harassment, discriminatory practices, or any illegal activity. You may not use the platform to solicit business outside the platform (fee avoidance).
1.7 Fees & Payments
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension of listings. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
1.8 Customer Bookings & Cancellations
You agree to honor all confirmed bookings at the stated price. Cancellation policies must be clearly disclosed. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution process.
1.9 Platform Rights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any vendor account for violation of these terms. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
1.10 Limitation of Liability
The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor-customer transactions. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
1.11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

2.1 Information We Collect
We collect personal and business information including: agency name, contact details, address, GST number, government ID documents (Trade License, PAN, Aadhaar), bank details for payouts, and listing content. We also collect usage data and cookies.
2.2 How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: verify your identity and business legitimacy, facilitate bookings and payments, communicate with you, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
2.3 Document Storage & Security
Your uploaded documents (Trade License, PAN, Aadhaar, GST) are stored securely on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorized verification personnel only. Documents are retained for regulatory compliance and deleted after the legally required period.
2.4 Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: payment processors, regulatory authorities when required, and customers as necessary for booking fulfillment. All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
2.5 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.
2.6 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
2.7 Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
2.8 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, firewalls, and regular security audits. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
2.9 Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
2.10 Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
